Any tips for running a 5k (3 miles) in gym?
I'm nervous, so do you guys have any tips like breathing and stuff like that? Please it would be a HUGE help!

Breathe in through your nose and out your mouth
Stretch, especially your calf and tibialis anterior (front of your shin). That way you won't get crippling shin splints
Keep your breathing steady (I like to breath through my nose and mouth--doesn't really matter, since you'll get thirsty anyways...)
Drink plenty of fluids before (NO SODA!)
Don't eat a lot before running...
And most importantly, PACE YOURSELF (meaning don't start sprinting in the beginning and killing yourself in the end)
