Be honest, anyone ever mix plinking and alcohol?

I know some people do.
I don't see anything wrong with it so long as you don't let alcohol impair your judgment

an ice cold beer is exactly what I like when out plinking in the hot desert. I know the two shouldn't be mixed, but come on, if done safely why not?
I have a beer or two the entire day. there isn't enough to get me buzzed, much less impair my judgment. I have one of those cheap breathalyzer things, while I don't think they're accurate I stay below 0.02 BAC level all the time.

Anyone else?
how about smoking and shooting? (nothing really illegal)?

i agree. cj or favre deserved waaaaaaay more.cj got ovr 2000 rush yards and favre got the vikings to the playoffs with the second best record in the nfc. so manning didnt deserve it at all

I think Steven Jackson should've gotten it. If the MVP is the single best player in the NFL, Steven Jackson is the definition of that. He had the second most rushing yards in the league, without an even decent offensive line. The Rams line was terrible, but Steven Jackson is impossible to tackle. He's a beast. He was the Rams' whole team. If Chris Johnson was on the Rams, he wouldn't get any yards. Heck, if any running back other than Steven Jackson was on the Rams, then they wouldn't get close to what Steven Jackson got last season.

IMO Brett Favre walked on to a team with 2 weeks left to conncect, he took them to the NFC championship in one year, single handedly made a rookie great, took pressure of of Peterson
