Answer Question

My British correspondent says: "I think it is 'Handball'. Seems mainstream enough to have TV coverage. Never seen it on British TV though." The Wikipedia article at the link I've cited below seems to make that response likely, as does my other websearching for images, but I can confirm nothing.

If you don't trust this answer, I suggest you do what would have made sense in the first place: Note the time and the channel when and where you saw the sport in question, then either check a printed or 'Net-available listing for what was being broadcast, or else phone or email the station and ask THEM. That seems a much more reliable method than tossing your question into the ether here and hoping someone illuminates it.

Wth I have no idea. That looks soo weird. It looks like some Mexican sport or something. If anything the sport would be pronounced in Spanish which of none I speak. Good luck.
I would probably just go to Mexico and ask around to see if anyone knows what that sport might be!
