Going ice skating on friday with my gf..never ice skated before..some advice?

Tomorrow im going ice skating with my girlfriend. I have never ice skated before but im good at rollerblading..i use rollerblades the one with a straight line of wheel i fall with rollerskates the one with 2x2 wheels...The problem is my girlfriend has gone ice skating before btu i havnt so ill be the one falling....is it harder and easier to learn than rollerblading...I have pretty good balance if that helpd..any other advice or tips with be great! thanks in advance!
