How much is my motorcycle worth?

I have a 1975 kawasaki H1 Triple. New tires, chain, paint job etc. Very nice shape. Looking online I see them going for anywhere between $3400 and $4500. A guy is interested in buying mine but is telling me blue book is $1950 and wants to pay even less. I'm not much of a negotiator, I just don't want to get ripped off.
