I always feel nauseous towards the end of a run?
I always eat right before a run. I can go 5 miles and more without feeling nauseous at my cross country practices but as soon as I see the end of the run, I automatically feel like throwing up. I just have to force myself to stop because I just can't bare the feeling of nausea. Sometimes I feel a little nauseous but it always passes and I get through it, but it's always coming and it's unbearable towards the end.
I don't know why and what is causing this. Help? :(
