Is there a 1-year surfing program ("camp") for people in their 20s and 30s anywhere?
I've surfed before, but am not at all "good" at surfing. is there a program, anywhere in the world (perferably australia/new zealand), that teaches surfing and has a program where you surf together as a group for a year?

Answer Question
There are a few surf schools that are open year around and will both provide lodging and take you surfing every day. If you have the money to pay for it, try Costa Azule Surf School in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, or morro Negrito Island Surf Camp in Panama.
I've worked at camps for a few weeks at a time and can say that even experienced surfers can't go out continually every day. I suggest a better approach if you want to surf on a regular basis is to get a job near a good year around break, and then take lessons until you are comfortable surfing on your own. If you are in California you can join one of the member clubs of the Coalition of Surf Clubs. They have events all the time and you would have many group surfs to attend.
What we do in my area is have a ride share "informal club" group that meets up almost every weekend when there is surf and then we share expenses and surf together. Doesn't matter how experienced everyone is but we do have a lot of fun. Once you start surfing on a regular basis this should be easy for you to set up.

You need to get some practice in at a local gym or wrestling school before automatically stepping into the ring. Train for a few months and then start to wrestle. Set your mind to it and you will accomplish anything that you want to do.
