Open Question
Keep beckham or dump him?
i really dont need him.. with ian stewart at 3rd and kinsler at 2nd. i really dont like wasting roster spots.. i could drop him for buster posey who i think has a ton of upside.. dont need a catcher though with mccann.. but im pretty sure posey will have alot of trade value when hes promoted to the big leagues.

Even if you don't need him, when he starts to play, his trade value will be higher than Posey's. And he also is a good fit for your team because Stewart's and Kinsler's injury risks. So keep Beckham for now, and, if you need, trade him later.

He's a prospect that needs more time to develop. You could only hang onto him if he was a proven hitter but with no evidence that he can hit (potential is not evidence), you can't keep him this point. You have him a shot, he failed, time to cut your loses.
