Open Question

What TYPE of shorts do you wear for volleyball? Also what brand is good?

I am just starting volleyball and I have my knee pads, shirts, etc. but I have no clue what to wear as bottoms. Should I wear like short mesh shorts w/ spandex underneath? Or do I wear only spandex & what brand would you recommend? Or do I only wear like the short Soffe mesh shorts? Sorry, if this is really long but I'm really eager to start playing volleyball. Oh! And one last thing..... Do I wear like spandex under like the cloth Soffe shorts? I just love volleyball and I want to begin playing but I'm confused.... Thanks For The help =D
