What do i need for volleyball camp?
going to go to volleyball camp in july what do i need for it like for playing the game? what kind of shoes? shorts? what about knee pads? also what should i do to get in shape for camp? btw im trying out for the jv team at my high school that's y im going to camp!! its going to be so much fun!!

I assume you mean cycling a bike, not pillion riding
Where I live, I cycle around wearing a helmet although not required by law
As far as shoes go, see if you can find some oasis or pumas. They are the best, at least for me and my friends. You can also order special volleyball shoes online if you need to. AS far as shorts, for volleyball it's usually spandex however go with whatever you are comfortable wearing. Go to a sports store for knee pads. Swimming length is great to get in shape for volleyball as it strengthens your arms and legs. Also practising your jumping and footwork is always a good idea

Sometimes I don't if I'm not going to be around cars or going that fast(but that rarely), or if there are a lot of cute girls around. I know some guy who had a traumatic brain injury on a skateboard and I don't really want to be like that.
