Which current NFL player do you think will be a future NFL head coach?
Chad Pennington. Pennington runs a great offense with a below average arm. From what I've heard, teammates love to play on the same side as him because he's a great leader. He also tends to know the opposing team's defense just as well as he knows his own offense. The guy just knows football and has been shown to be a great leader.

Since John Cena draws more fans to House Shows, Television Tapings, Live Events, Pay Per Views, sells more Merchandise, is in demand for Movies, Television, Interviews and does more charity work than anyone else in the WWE, the answer is no, John Cena will never be a heel again. John Cena becoming a Heel means that World Wrestling Entertainment would lose millions in revenue and a lot of positive main stream media coverage. WWE cannot afford for him to become a heel unless some way some how other wrestlers become more popular and start drawing more fans and selling more merchandise than John Cena. World Wrestling Entertainment is in business to make money.
