Why do Americans hate Soccer?

I'm trying to figure out why Soccer isn't accepted by most Americans. Do you think it's because of all the "simulating" (i.e. literally crying about fake injuries)? Or the pace of the game? Lack of scoring? Lack of American stars? Give me your thoughts.
