Open Question
Why have player prices doubled since 2006/07?
For example, a world class player in 2006 such as Shevchenko would've cost 30 million. Now, world class players go for 60+ and even unproven players such as Milner are valued at what one of the legends of the game would've been just 4 short years ago.
Any ideas? Personally I haven't got a clue why the prices have increased so dramatically.
