Womens and Mens bike frames?
Why do womens bike frames have have the top bar mounted lower than the mens bikes? On the mens bikes the top frame goes straight across and is parallel to the ground, on the womens bikes it is typically at an angle.
If its because Women are typically shorter, isnt that why the womens bikes are smaller? Also if you think about it.. due to the "male anatomy" wouldnt it make more sense for the mens bikes to have the lower bar? For a safety buffer? Now I like how the mens bikes are designed right now.. but I was just curious as to why they are like this.

Portugal and Brazil do hate each other. Spain and the rest of Spanish-speaking Central and Latin America also hate each other.
You just don't see it, because you are not on the Spanish or Portuguese sections on Yahoo Answers or wherever their fans are talking on forums.
Just like you said, the Brazilians and Portugese have a lot of respect and know how to act like civilised people.

they are pretty respectful and considerate to each other
its nice to see that, when they fall they help eachother up

its just their fans ..thinking otherwise
Oh, trust me. The Brazil and Portugal rivalry is really intense. You won't see any evidence of it here, of course, since the trash-talking is in Portugese.

I agree with the bar theory... I always wanted a lower bar when I slipped of the pedals! But the lower bar was for the ladies who wore skirts while cycling in the old days.... or maybe for scotsman in kilts :-)..... So they would not flash all the world on their cycling ventures.
