Yes, another press up question?
ok so i am aiming to get over 50 press ups in 2 minutes in the max of 3 months.
i need to know the fastest way to achieve this. i am hitting on average 25.
- will doing 100 press ups in sets of 10 throughout the day help?
- will doing slow press ups ( 4 seconds down, 1 second up ) help?
- will doing incline, decline, wide arm etc... help?
any other suggestions aswel please.

ok
1. doing ANY type of arm exercise will help you as your arms will get stronger
2.try doing as many a you can in 1 minute for a month and then by the second month OR if you are managing 40+ in one minute move on to how many you can do in 2 minutes then see how well you are doing from there
3. not many people know this but to do lots of press ups you also need to have good core strength so sit ups WILL help
4. no doing 10 press ups at a time will not (but the others will) help as your body gets stronger as you overload it and you can already do 10 press ups so that will make hardly any or no effect on your body.

p.s you may of noticed im a girl but after a couple of years gymnast training i can do 100+ in two minutes so don't judge me
